CHARGABLE WEIGHT: -

• For Train C/ments min. chargeable weight is 150 kg
• For Road C/ments min. chargeable weight is 100 kg
• For Air C/ments min. chargeable weight is 25 kg

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: -

• Docket charges Rs 200/- per C/Ment
• No F.O.V-No claim only loss/damage certificate provide you.
• F.O.V-Rs.100/- or 0.5 % (Own Risk) of invoice value whichever is higher -Maximum liability of Rs.5000/-Only.
• F.O.V-Rs.300 or 2% (Carrier Risk) whichever is higher -100% Settlement.
• Fuel charge 20% on total bill.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: -

• Consignment will be collected from your office on all our working days.

• While providing us the consignment kindly provide us the correct address and phone Numbers to deliver your shipment on time.
• We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• We need full supporting proper invoices/forms etc. with non- documents at the time of Booking to insure safe and fast delivery.
• Any kind of packaging is the responsibility of the customer. We need the material in good and proper condition.                                                  
• Any single packet more than 100 kgs. In weight or more than 110 cm. in any dimension would be charge in double weight.          
• ODA Location would be charge as per discussion.
• In case the volume wt. Is more than actual the following formula will be applied for Calculating the charged weigh 1 Cft.  = 8kegs. Charged weight.
• We will not accept any consignment where we do not have service.
• Any special service like airport to airport, same day delivery etc. would be discussed on case to case basis and charges would be accordingly.
• The insurance of the non-documents shall be responsibility of the consignor. We shall not settle any claim what so ever but shall provide you with short/damage/loss certificate.

BILLING: -

• Our bill will be submitted on weekly basis and we would request for payments within 7 Days of bill submission.
• On all billing an additional GST 18% or 5% according to the Government HSN code will be added.
• Any correction in bills will bring in our knowledge within 3 days of deposit of bills.
• Any change in rates and taxes will be informed you on time to time.
• Payment should be made in favour authorized official of D.D.M Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd.
